Why we hold it
To run your account and execute your orders, to confirm who you are as required by anti-money-laundering rules, to prevent fraud, and to answer support requests.
Who can see it
Identity documents are stored in private storage that only our compliance team can open. We share data with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, price data, email delivery) and with authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is open and for a further period afterwards where financial regulations require it. Identity documents are deleted once retention rules allow.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Send requests through the support channel shown on your wallet page.
